development are frequent and relevant topics in the business community. The Tacoma-Pierce County Chamber, in partnership with the Institute for a Competitive Workforce and the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, will host the "Breaking the Monopoly of Mediocrity" Tour on February 20th.
